Mobile Terms & Conditions

These Mobile Terms & Conditions ("Mobile Terms") govern the Chex Grill & Wings SMS messaging program (the "Program"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these Mobile Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Program description

Chex Grill & Wings operates two separate SMS programs, and you choose each one independently:

• Order & delivery texts (transactional). Order confirmations and updates, pickup and delivery notifications, and customer support replies.

• Marketing & promotional texts. Recurring automated deals, offers, and loyalty rewards.

2. How to opt in

Each program has its own consent checkbox when you create an account, join our loyalty program, or place an order on our website or app — you provide your mobile number and select whichever programs you want. Neither box is ever pre-checked; you must actively select each one, and you may opt into one, both, or neither. Consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, orders, and the promotions available. If you opt into order & delivery texts, you may receive messages each time you place an order. If you opt into marketing texts, you may receive occasional promotional messages.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Chex Grill & Wings does not charge for the Program itself. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. How to opt out

You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending messages, except for transactional messages directly related to an order already in progress. You may also turn off promotional texts in your account settings.

6. Help

For help with the Program, reply HELP to any message, or reach out through your nearest Chex Grill & Wings location — phone numbers and addresses are on the Locations page.

7. Supported carriers

The Program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile number is shared only with the messaging providers that help us deliver these texts, and only to send the messages you requested. 9. Changes

We may update these Mobile Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued participation in the Program after a change means you accept the updated Mobile Terms.
