Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Chex Grill & Wings website, mobile apps, and related ordering services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to enter into a binding contract for an order.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.

3. Orders, pricing, and availability

• Menu items, prices, and availability vary by location and may change at any time.

• An order is not confirmed until the restaurant accepts it. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, the restaurant is closed, or we suspect fraud.

• Estimated pickup times are estimates, not guarantees.

• Sales tax is added at checkout based on the pickup location.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order total at the time you place the order. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order and suspend your account until the issue is resolved.

5. Refunds and cancellations

If something is wrong with your order — missing items, incorrect prep, or quality problems — contact your pickup location directly so we can make it right. Refunds are issued at our discretion and are typically returned to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment methods.

• Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overwhelm the Service.

• Don't impersonate another person or use the Service for harassment.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual property

The Chex Grill & Wings name, logo, menu, photography, and site design are our property and may not be copied or used without our written permission. User-submitted content (such as a profile name) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to display it as needed to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim arose.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

9. Allergens and food safety

Our kitchens prepare food containing common allergens (wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish). Cross-contact is possible. If you have a serious food allergy, please call your pickup location directly before ordering.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

11. SMS / text messaging

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing, informational, and transactional text messages from Chex Grill & Wings — including order updates, delivery notifications, customer support replies, loyalty rewards, and promotional offers — at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
